Do you need a place to hold a family reunion, a wedding reception and/or dance with lots of room? Then our building may just be the place for you!
Monthly Rental
Climate controlled storage units or office space
$125 for big rooms
$100 for medium rooms
$45 for smaller rooms
Daily Rental
Gym, Commons and Kitchen can be rented all together, paired or separately.
Gym only - $75
Commons only - $50
Kitchen only - $75
Reunions or Receptions
$125/day (includes the use of the kitchen, commons)
The use of the gymnasium is an additional $75
Wedding Dances
$250 for use of gymnasium and commons (no food allowed)
Wedding Reception and Dance
$350 for use of gymnasium, commons and kitchen (food allowed)
